Chief Sec'y KP submits report on 35 missing persons in SC

ISLAMABAD: Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has submitted a written report in the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan regarding 35 missing persons – ARY News reports.

According to details, Chief Secretary Arbab Khan submitted the report on Saturday regarding 35 missing persons from Malakand Division.

The report mentions that these 35 people were escorted by military officials from detention center.

It was further stated that the military officials have been asked to return these people.

Now these people will be kept in custody under the Tahaffuz-e-Pakistan Act.
