Federal Ministers Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Khawaja Asif Ali and Ishaq Dar besides Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and DG Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) also attended the meeting.
It discussed measures to ensure effective implementation of national action plan (NAP) on terrorism.
Matters pertaining to return of internally displaced families also came under discussion during the meeting.
