The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement said that Pakistan condemn such strikes, which are a clear violation of the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The ministry spokesman said that these attacks, “generate distrust among the local populace at a time when Operation ‘Zarb e Azab’ is moving ahead decisively and the focus of the government is shifting towards rehabilitation of the civilian population”.
The foreign ministry has reiterated its call for a cessation of such strikes in Pakistani territory.
