PESHAWAR: 4 volunteers of the Aman Lashkar were killed during a gun battle with militants in Badh Bair area on Saturday – ARY News reports.
Officials of the Badh Bair police station told that the volunteers of the Aman Lashkar were present in Mashokhel area that militants opened fire on them and vanished in fields nearby.
Afterwards, police and peace volunteers chased militants and 4 volunteers were killed due to exchange of fire with terrorists.
It was further told that an assailant was also gunned down during the fight.
Moreover, a heavy contingent of police was called and security was beefed up in the vicinity.
